Atrophy is a concept album wherein each song is from a different person's perspective of the gradual 'atrophy' of the human race. It is a focus on all the hope that remains for humanity - even if it may not always feel like it. Each track plays a vital contribution to the story that should become apparant as the album progresses. It explores a variety of genres/textures and has two instrumental tracks - which draw the listener away from the usual narrated songs they are used to. It allows them to form part of the story in their own minds. I hope you enjoy this album!
